I had just commented on this in the bad day in the cradle thread. Not sure if its the same guy who rode in the A bunch? I was asked to post the following apology on helaf of the culprit. Rider VA234 feels very bad about this incident. Our gels are 50g compared to 35g odd gels on market and retail for R13.99 at most which is like R4 cheaper than the other guys and you get more... If you buy a bottle it works out to R10 a gel...how do you cal that expensive ?

I had some dude drop a wrapper infront of me at a race earlier in the year so I caught up to him, gave him a piece of my mind, had him verbally abuse me and then had the rest of the bunch drop him like the fat sack that he was!

Now there is some brilliant reasoning.... Why don't remove all the volunteers who sacrifice their weekends so that we can enjoy ourselves?!? Let's get profesionals to do the job! Oh yes, forgot to mention entry fees will now be comparible to the Epic for a one day event... Better solution not always the most feasible... This was my first long race ever. I punctured and never knew what to do with the tube and I couldn't get it to fit back into the saddle bag.
