- Most fun was Karkloof

- Never miss the Sardine Classic in Port Edward, the most scenic ride I've ever done, really beautiful.

- Outsurance kzn expedition: I'm gaurenteed to fall every time.

- Worst race was the outsurance one.. blazing hot sun, no water at the first water table, burst sewage pipes along the route, and just in general a k@k ride..

Fastest race Safire insurunce BAINSFEILD estate.

 

TOUGHEST Probably the 45km ILLOVO THIS YEAR.5 hours 15min. MUD everywhere,cleaning mud between fork every 50 metres. Had to walk ankle deep in mud for about 20kms of race.

 

MOST FUN got to be TOUR DE KRANZ in Wartburg. Just enough hills to keep you honest,sufficiant forest single track and amazing views.HAS it all.

 

NEVER miss this one. KARKLOOF CLASSIC.Wonderful national race with everything from obstcle course to marathon to kids etc etc, People all over country come.

 

Gaurenteed to fall. possibly Outsurance expedition with all river crossings and definately this years ILLOVO. RIPPED MY R1700 SPEZ bibshorts wiping out.

 

TOP SPEED TAR section downhill at HILTON 50 Miler.

 

WOULD not do 50 miler again in that heat with no water at water point no 2. 37DEG celsius in summer in the valley with no wind or water. ASK anyone who did it and they will tell you how we suffered.

Toughest race (left you tired and sore): - ride2rhodes - but it was also the most scenic, the most technical, the ride with the most vertical ascent and all-round breathtaking ride

Most fun: sani2c - adventure and the nonstop

Race with the highest top speed achieved: - no idea, but possibly somewhere in sabie

Worst race (One you won't do again EVER!): - dont know, a mountain bike ride is seldom so bad that i won't want to do it ever again - haven't raced much, though, so maybe there are really bad ones out there & i was just lucky enough to have missed them

Worst race (One you won't do again EVER!):  Will have to think hard about the Addo race (especially if they can't correct the route from 70km to the intended 60km's) and any mtb race in Longmore (PE) is extremely tough
