Sorry but our chicks are females... so they not your type.

Chunky Posted June 3, 2007 Posted June 3, 2007 Not To sure if Malcolm can feel so proud of this win. He sat on for 5 complete laps without even coming through for 10m. Just out of courtesy he should have not contested the sprint at the end, but then again thats just not his style now is it.

Chunky Posted June 3, 2007 Posted June 3, 2007 David George was today by far the strongest rider in the field. In fact, he was stronger than the whole MTN team put together. Lap 4 they tried to pay him off, and a few laps later he rode everyone except Lange off. Its a pity he didnt get this win. Everyone who was there knows just who won SA road champs this year. Granted, there are no nice guys when it comes to winning, but certain times you have to look at yourself in the mirror and ask if you really do deserve the medal around your neck.

How many times have riders been the strongest but finished second.... You need to ride with more than your legs.... Remember when Stephen Roche and Claude Criqulion in '87 and Moreno Argintine beat them both!Remember Mo Fondriest sat on to win '88 WorldsRemember Adri Van der Poel beat kelly '86 Flanders Remember....... Malcolm Lange beat David George!

Well to be the only one to hang on to George's wheel after George rode the rest of the field apart I think so... Like I said I don't know the story but from what I can make out it looks like George hurt quite a few guys but just couldn't shrug Lange. So yes, he does I think... Come on, this is Lange's last year of racing and to end off a brilliant career as SA's road champ, 370 (More to come) wins... GO LANGE!!!!!!
