Its kinda crazy.... I did 95km and trained 2months for that, 1700km now that is a different story.... 1 gear no freewheel... 1 head no brain

I was going to ask what gear ratios they use..

36" wheel with 150mm cranks connected to the hub, to think a mtb is 175mm cranks and then obviously you have gears....
