Yes it does, Besides thats an old frame, 2006/7 whereas the Raliegh is new? I know which one I would go for, even tho I am not a Raliegh fan but for that price I wouldn't turn it down.

Both are "cracking" frames....  someone had a full Carbon Fondriest with Campy Record for R22000.  Better frame same components..  A real Italian beauty

If they crack, where do they crack?

There was a recall on the Cervelo frames AND forks as they both cracked.  The Raleighs crack on the drive side of the rear chain stay.

The above statements by samajoor are not entirely true. A small batch of Raleigh frames was prone to cracking. These frames were replaced free of cost by Probike who markets the Raleigh.

If you want to make sure your frame is not one of them, send the frame number and other details you may have available for the attention of  Jan Begeman (Technical Advisor)or Brandon Els (Managing Director) at Probike...... you will find their contact details here.......

Funny how fickle cyslists are....... when Signor Basso was the HOT DOG..... everybody rode Cervelo...... now they have the name BORDELLO...... shaym!!!!!!!!!

O ja..... I would go for the Raleigh and Jo Lo as well!!!!!!!

Have you got experience riding raleigh and cervelo frames.  If so' date=' give us your feed back.[/quote']

Yip I own one and my regular riding partner owns the other.

Raleigh - very rigid and a bit of a harsh ride, the carbon seat post helps soften it up a bit. Nice and compact and good finish.

Cervelo R3 - Lighter and more comfortable than the Raleigh (smaller stays at the back) somehow it transfers the power better through the frame. They dont make these anymore as the newer R3 has a different diameter seat post.

But Hey this is only my take on them, have a look at some of the reviews on both of these high end machines - then decide.
