(We'll once the mud settled a LITTLE bit and some of the single track stuff became a bit more ridable... I loved that uphill single track, Meurant has trailbuilding down to a fine art. Saw you in Stellenbosch on Sunday Morning on the Tandem WW - crossing the R44 and at about 9:45. Ja, the first few laps were very slippery, but in the afternoon it was quite nice, though I enjoyed the route a bit more the otherway around two years ago. (Very slippery). But once it got a bit harder it was nice ja. As for the tandem, ja, we need to try and get into some sort of shape for Knysna..., but believe me, we used the granny going up Helshoogte!! Anders gaan ek heeldag moet aanhaal en vrae antwoord / uitdagings aanvaar.....Marius:1. Dit was maar haar derde rit ooit op 'n mtb, so sy het IMHO baie goed gedoen. (Meer laps gedoen as heelwat ander). Gebrek aan deursettings vermoee het sy verseker nie) 2. Ons het 14 laps gedoen, ek 8 en sy 6. En ken glad nie die twee wat gewen het nie.3. Dan sien ons julle volgende jaar op die lyn. Dan sal ons albei heelwat fikser wees, en reg vir die mixed hubbers uitdaging. Nellie:1. Thanks, die 2de plek was 'n bonus, ons wou net bietjie oefening in kry en rustig ry. Toe kom neuk hulle dit op deur die uitslae na paar laps op te sit en te wys ons was in 2de plek en net 3minute voor die 3de mixed span. So toe kom die kompeterende sy mos na vore en hou ons toe maar aan harder ry al was die vlees nie meer instaat nie. 2. Sal lekker wees om bietjie hubbers spanne teen mekaar op te sweep en hierdie lekker en goed georganiseerde wedren volgende jaar behoorlik te ondersteun.
