The pics below are of the new Shimano M300 shoe. The review is published in Singletrack and was also mentioned in RIDE. You buy the shoe, they heat the innersole in a special oven. They place the inner in your shoe. You put the shoe on and they wrap your whole foot in a pastic bag. They suck out the air and VIOLA!!!!!! perfect fitting shoes. No need for wedges and other thingies to make the shoes work properly. Only available in their top range shoe but the technology will surely fiter down later for us "normal" fietsryers.

The carbon sole forms to your foot.

You can do it a couple of times according to Shimano. They look awesome, but no feedback yet in any of my cycling circlesUnhappy

Selected shops will have the oven and vaccuum pumps at hand. Please do not take your bike with because the shops were notified that even if they just suspect you are a kempekker user they will use the setting "hot as hell" and cook your foot whilst ensconced in the comfy confines of the vaccuum bag.

Mampara I think it is the sole only.

A mate of mine said that he was getting a pair. A shimano agent comes to you and bakes your feet for you.

No nuking these babes in a microwave!

No cold feet for you if you plan to get them.

Hendrik there was this guy on the Hub known as Big H and he was anti Campy but I'm surprised to hear such things from a Campy lover like yourself.
