shaunh Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 Ewep, have not trained this whole week as I felt a cold coming on so thought it best to recover now so that I am able to carry on training for the hubbers ride at the end of the month. I am dying to get back on the bike, but will have to be patient.

Not the mens loslyf like ewep... anyway... they say it's OK to train with a cold!
