Re sizing of photo's

How do you reduce size of photos to be able to post it?

Know its been discussed before, cannot find it.

No need to download anything. You can use paint or microsoft picture manager to do this. Open the picture with either of these. In paint click on attributes and change it. In Microsoft Office Picture Manager click on edit picture and click on resize.
