Is there such a thing as Hubbers anonymous for addicts? All these items for sale, great opportunities and spending i might be needing a home soon. My wife has had it in terms of thehubsa and its only my MTB fellow riders that seem to understand my addiction. Anyone got a pill for this or a couch to sleep on

Buy a shiney MTB and give it to her in the morning :D all will be forgiven, and there might even be peace in the middle east with such generous actions.

Jason, dude, "the couch" is ONLY intended for a MTB, nothing else. Either to have its photo taken to be posted on the HUB or for your bike to sleep on, snugly wrapped in a fleecy blanket!

My wife's had it in terms of me babbling about the joys of MTB'ing, my training ride I just had and all the tales of my training partner. We eventually came to an agreement: She will pretend to be interested in all my stories etc, and I will pretend to be interested in her babbling about the latest craze in Scrap booking. I once remarked that SCRAP isnt part of the name for nothing, needless to say I had to run for my life!

Question here is, what the hell to I put on my timesheets? Is it wrong to throw a few extra hours billing onto the client I least like? Can I give it an I.F code (Irritation Factor)?

Do I write posts simply to become a Champion Hubber? Do I visit Classifieds to see what I cannot afford, and chew my guts out with jealousy?

And how do I stop my colleagues constant jibes about looking at bike porn instead of the proper stuff?

I face daily moral dilemmas.

It took me a year of being on the hub an average of two hours a day to get over the HUB. Did not work so well. till I check'd my anual spending.... needles to say I went from 12 bikes to four. and no more for sale section.
