Or Geno, just adjust your strap. They are adjustable you know. :D ;)

Er, really, Wannabe...

Thank the cycling gods I am on the Hub!

Really helps to sort out these little technical niggles.

Now I don't need to rush to gym for my 'pectoral augmentation training programme'. :P

2 But use the 1 most of the time.Just keeping the other as a backup.Got the second one with the second hrm I bought.Luckily both same make just different models of sigma.I am at a loss as to why one should have so many hrm straps.

WTF? I have two HRM chest straps. One for my cardiosport HRM (and my wife uses that one sometimes when she uses the cardiosport at gym...), and one for my delphi... Why on earth would you need more?

Ah, seems my ploy worked. Now you won't go to the gym and get even stronger. :D :)

If 1 is good then 2 is better!

It seems as if my heart rate Monitors do not have the longevity of the Straps...

1) I was mugged in Cape Town when I went down for this years Argus. The criminals took the bike but did not take the strap. Thank Goodness! (The bike was recovered about a month later by SAPS but the theives had removed the monitor.)

2) As my, and my wife's, collection of bikes grew I continued, religiously, to buy a CS200 Polar for each of the bikes. (Remember a tandem takes 2.)

3) Inevitably some of the straps were mislaid somewhere in my cycling bag and could not be found - the easy solution was to buy more straps. Just in case.

So there you have it. I am sure if I were to search the house, the office, the cars, my wife's handbag and the cyling bags I am sure to find more straps. The only problem is that the total collection will not grow because as soon as I find missing straps some of the 'found' ones seems to hide!

I agree, we only have one chest after all, some dudes have man boobs, this could potentially change our view
