I was watching this clip on Milan fixed website of some classic world track champs when It hit me, trackstand...thats why its calles a trackstand..

That was what every schoolkid of any worth could do on a fixie.I converted my bike to an 11 or 12 T fixie and never put my feet down.

Its worth practising.Pretty cool at that traffic light when everyone else is unclipping.It was a must when we had funny cleats and straps in later years

Its cool I ride to work on my bike and have the stage to oneself when the light goes red, If theres a little incline one gets it ''lekke'' sometimes but it does break a sweat and if you dab its like the mororists win, If I dont dab, I win and earn my right to pole position:P
