I really want to start eating right all the time and just want to know if USN Diet Fuel will help with the day time food cravings?

I am in the IT trade and I have started eating lots of fruit and whole grain foods but somedays I get so hungry a hour or so after breakfast and sometimes i go out and buy food.

Anyone can recommend something else as a meal replacement or should i just go with the USN product?

I have been told that it does not matter how much you eat during the day but what you eat !! So get more of those healthy foods you got and eat the whole day .

stay away from USN. Evox is a way better alternative. It's carb content is waaaaaaaaaaay lower than USN's, meaning you can plug down their protein shakes as part of mid morning/afternoon snack without heavily impacting your carb target for the day.

What is your carb target per day btw? I went a very low carb diet (50g per day) a year back, and the results were incredible. Granted, it was tough, but i was time constrained, so i just went very cold turkey and sucked it up.

in essence, even without fancy protein shakes and whatnot, just control your carb intake, and u gonna shed the pounds. The hardest part? Discipline. Stick it out for 3 months and u will see MASSIVE results.

Clint, if your goal is healthy living, then go for the shakes. Nothing wrong it. It's a good balanced shake offering some nice protein. You can make it with water to lower the calories if you want.

These shakes with carbs and protein tastes way better than whey protein shakes if you mix it with water.

You can also opt for a smoothie. But one made at home or by kauai etc. Not a store bought one

Nobody understands the caloric requirements of the IT profession. This is a high intensity game, needing regular feeding. I am lucky to be part of it.

Clint, let me tell you a story. Its all about how much calories you take in. I have been on a eating programme for almost two years. On and off eating the odd cheat meal. I have lost 46kg.

The best thing I could have done 3 weeks ago was to stop taking the shakes and I lost a further 5kg's.

Give me a shout if you want some help I am willing to give assistance where I can.

Big J: which brand of shake were u using, because the generalisation and associated implication of ineffectiveness is a tad harsh.

But simultaneously, I fully agree that if u can get away without the shakes, you doing pretty damn good, especially wrt your wallet.
