El Saltemontes Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 You can't go wrong, the only site that sells "no grey products" meaning if you buy items like wheels or forks you can get the warantee honored, whereas if you buy from some sites the local agents won't look at these items when they go wrong.

Might be true but CRC sort out warranty claims very efficiently, and I have had better service from them than local SRAM agents. Only factor is shipping costs.

E-mailed and phoned them several times last week with questions about product and service and they replied promptly and were very helpful. Ordered my Volcan last night. Received confirmation of successful order this morning.Will let you know how the rest of the story goes... Can't wait to get my new toy!
rock Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 I'm waiting for the time when someone has a defferctive product and buycycle gladly take it back to the official distributor for you and they then refute the claim......you probably have more chance of a small guy bringing in grey product sorting you out than some of the big guys......

slowlady Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 My first buy at buycylcle continued...Received an e-mail Tuesday yesterday to say my bicycle has been shipped with the details of courier company and weighbill number.Bicycle delivered this morning. In summary: Placed order Sunday night - Bike delivered wednesday. If there after service is also this good I would use them again without thinking twice. WHERE'S THE WEEKEND? I'VE GOT A NEW TOY!!!!
