Mudsimus Posted September 26, 2007 Share Nice pedals. And the shifters looks like shimano.
Johan Bornman Posted September 26, 2007 Share I schmaak those pedals too. If my shins could pucker they'll pucker like a live oyster splashed with Tabasco. And those brakes look a lot like Tekro. I am intrigued by the callibrations on the bottom jockey wheel. I can't wait for the marketing spin on that one. scotty Posted September 26, 2007 Share Thanks but i will stick to my Shimano, they could also have done a better job with the pedal's.
linnega Posted September 26, 2007 Share Does look like a lot of Shimano-inspired design. Why another company would choose to route their cables externally is beyond me. Systems is 2:1 actuation to make it all Shimano compatible, and my understanding is the spacing is all the same as Shimano. So you could use any Shimano compatible cassette and mix and match your Sampson components with Shimano. Gives the option of carbon levers and Shimano rest. Guest Big H Posted September 26, 2007 Share Why does external cabling bother you...... you should look at the road when cycling and not at the cables. When cycling and they work as well as dependable as Shimano I do not worry where they are routed.

10Two Posted September 26, 2007 Share COMPETITION can only mean one thing - we as consumers benefit !! I'm sure allot of these comments did the rounds when cyclists first moved away from the holy grail of Campag onto Shimano....now - it's the next step... Guest Big H Posted September 26, 2007 Share Luckily for kempekkernoglia there was no messageboards around in those ancient times. If this had happened now, kempekker would not have survived the onslaught of the media with their limited range of components designed only for the exclusive or boutique cyclist who only uses kempekker because of their grandoise dream of Coppi on gravel roads in the mountains with old man Tulio glowering in the shadows!!!!!!!!! Spinnekop Posted September 26, 2007 Share A nee a Oom. ek is teleurgesteld.
