Dr. Seuss Posted September 26, 2007 Share marius - how can you only spend 2.2% not pedaling? do you not have traffic lights in your area?Dr. Seuss2007-09-26 08:58:
Marius Posted September 26, 2007 Share I don't know, that's what it says, and no, I don;t ever unclip at robots, I do a track stand, don't know if that will transfer some power to the hub, doubt it cuz I see a few Zero's when I stand still on the CPU and when I check my results. But ok, lets work it out, in a 2hours ride I will probably spend 3mins at most standing at robots waiting, probably less, I have to cross 1, 2, 3 , 4 but the last one has no cars so I skip that one. Marius Posted September 26, 2007 Share ok wait, just checked, I spend between 15-20seconds per robot.
Dr. Seuss Posted September 26, 2007 Share think the trackstand will for sure register some power and cadence on the CPU - the experts (BikeMax / Bruce) should know better. (and just when i was being impressed by your endurance!)
Marius Posted September 26, 2007 Share No, it does not, I checked it, I record Zero watts for standing still, most of the time, might be a split second that I need to apply some force to get my balance right again. Anyways, Ronelle check my data and it's correct, so la la la al al ala la la alallaala pansies!!!

VO2max Posted September 27, 2007 Share Training from 1 April until now. (Total kilos 6566 done so far from April till now)0.7% not pedaling (80 % of time spend was on indoor trainer and explaines the low % of not pedaling) Last 28 days 1% not pedaling. That is basically only maybe a stop at a robot. Just dont believe in coasting. Pedal even on downhills.. Race stats: 9% not pedalling. and yes the cpu get zeros on every ride.
