Droster_Renoster Posted June 29, 2006 Share droster' date=' what about transport of our bag(s) and mtb's?[/quote'] The idea here is to make it a social weekend. We are making a few assumptions based on that. Firstly, we assume that you have a partner/friend/spouse that is going along in a vehicle. Bags and mtb sorted. We are planning to supply limited transport for bags and mtb's, but nowhere near capacity for everyone, so plan for it to not be available. As an example, may I use you and MichelleH? If you are both riding, her hubby can go along in the car, and that will sort you 2 out for bags and mtb's. That is the kind of thing we want to encourage. MichH Posted June 29, 2006 Share I'm almost definitely doing the Crater Cruise, so support shouldn't be a problem i.e. support car with space (man I never knew I could love one car so much! smileys/smiley4.gif)Re the 150km, do you really think I could be ready? We stopped a few times on Sunday and I was broken afterwards!Sounds really good though...
slowpoke Posted June 29, 2006 Share michelleH, just rememer that with B in the car if you do feel it's got to be too much you can just hop into the car and drive the rest of the way.... and then there'll be coffee ready for us at the "camp" smileys/smiley2.gif but in all honesty, you managed 100km of hte 16th ride and that was at least twice as tough as the route to parys is gonna be. comming back might be a bit tough for you, but see how you feel on that morning..
