I've discovered that I have a "unconfortable" cadence zone. When I pedal at 102 rpm I bounce on my seat. Up to 101 or above 102 I'm okay.

Anybody else experience something similar?

I found the IDT worked well to sort that out for me - low resistance, light gears and spin, spin, spin until I could keep my cadence up.

That said - I now HATE my IDT and will never ever use it again LOLLOLLOL

Vat jou cadence op na so 130 toe - dis soos n sinkplaatpad, hoe vinniger jy ry hoe minder stamp ditLOL

Does the IDT help to increase cadence?

How do you increase your cadence... long sessions on low resistance with high cadence?

Yep that's what worked for me.  The more I kept at it the easier it was for me to maintain a high cadence.

Mampara, maybe 102 is your excitement threshold and so your body involuntarily jumps and bounces for joy when you hit this number - maybe its a subconscious thing LOL
