Its a pity. Carinus is one of the very few people left who can get cycling back on track.

 

The problem is going to be getting Past mr bellairs and Mr Whittaker. Both of whom know absolutely jack sh*t about cycling but love to shout the odds.

 

I can remember the world cup in Cape Town. We didnt see Dave Bellairs anywhere until JP won a medal. The next minute he wasall over the SA time like a sh*t Fly.

 

Lawrance will soon shoot himself in the foot anyway. He is proving to be a serious stumbling block in cycling at the highest level. He has managed to Get Tony Harding to resign, the only person I think responsible for SA's resurgence on the road.

 

Lawrance is also frowned upon by most of the administrators in cycling anyway, wont be long before he gets the boot.

Ja, its a bit close to home this one. I think people at the top want Carinus out. Im not sure if they can fire him so you just make live miserable for him. They are also cutting him out of the loop at the moment. Rumour has it that yesterday there was a IT meeting where Carinus wasnt invited to. Guess who went (according to my source)? Whittaker's son ,that now works for TREBLE the commercial partner that CSA signed on!  So they are trying to find stuff against him. Apparently he insulted Lawrence at a meeting at CSA offices, and someone there told.He also tried to improve the runnings of the road commission just after the whole Ronel v Wyk thing. The road commisioner maybe didnt like that, I dont know. And then he went to SElati, and Dome 2 Dome the next day. Theres a problem with a plane ticket CSA paid for back from Dome(not up to SElati). But maybe CL thought he must be at the only UCI event on our one day calender.

Lots of sh*t, but I thought things got moving a bit. But if they tie your hands, you cant do your job. The problem is that you have people with moerse ego's at the top, they dont like critisism, and they wont like this post. But I am in cycling voluntarily, no one can fire me. Oh yes, and I have a vote at the next election, for my province so maybe I can fire someone.

OK, as everyone has said, SHOCKING!  But once again, what can we do? NOTHING.  Crux, Marius, poepoog, what can you do.  Moan and groan?  CSA will ignore you!  Boycott races?  The "masses" will maar pay their temporary license fees and the CSA will "ignore you".  Stop cycling?  Once again, the CSA will ignore you.  They don't give a f%*&.  They are in a comfort zone which dearest Latrinus upset.  So now, just work him out and then back to lining the pockets!!!

You can ask your province to note a vote of NO Confidence in anyone elected by the provinces. Get the person/s out. Illl check the constitution.
