Take a photo of him standing proudly with his bike

Offer him R 1,000

Load the bike in your car

Register the incident at the cop shop

Post the pic on The Hub

Collect R 1,000 from the original owner for the safe storage of bike

Assuming the bike has cleats and not pedals probably means that it was stolen this morning and the guy hasn't had time to offload it... or change for cheap pedals if he is planning to keep it.

a. he probably stole this bike using a gun.

b. if its the same day, he probably still has the gun on him

c. if he feels threatened you might get shot

d. approaching him and offering him money with your car closeby is flipping stupid as you know the guy is a probably a hijacker and probably armed ... ie you're asking the guy to take your car too!!

Who or what is an average Joe, I thought I was one of them

Same

I saw many of the common folk on GT's and stuff before. I know that at least one of them, the garden oke in our complex, legally bought an avalanche 3.0 for R600 from one of the unit owners here. But it's bothersome, since I have to make do with my "cheapie"... heh

Someone said that they should have turned back and confronted the rider, good idea, but often dangerous.

On the contrary, I admit I am a poor looking hubber and henceforth am scared to cross paths with Hubbers, if I happen to have nice looking bike, whether mine, on loan, borowwed

Vavi protested life style audits, I don't he's made much progress, if (rich) hubbers want to succeed where he's failed, I might consider voting for them, then again my income status might make my vote undesireable to those hubbers.

Also, Yes I do have an eye for cheap things, 10 months, I noticed a CEO of one of the tv companies in the country riding an RC2000, aluminium frame nog al.

What do we do there then.....Hubbers?

I could stomach all this the fact he was in in a D group, and I went passed him on the 9th KM, riding all the way from the H group, now that got me frothing at the mouth.
