The colour clashed with my eyes Big%20smile

Seriously - the Reflex frames seem to have a very relaxed geometry and are classed in Scott's brochures even as a general recreational MTB. (Think more Harley Davidson than KTM in geometry and ride position). I also found that I spent 90% of the time with the rear shock locked out to avoid pedal bob. Was actually convinced that this was what all FS MTB's were like and was considering a HT.

Also, while the components were OK i.e. groupset for the price, I think the Scott rear shock is not that good. All of this proved to me that a good FS will cost much more than 12k and at this price it would, imho, be better to go HT. Remember though, this is only my opinion and others may love the Reflex. (my son has the Reflex 15 and also has the same opinions though)

Solomons was advertising Gary Fischer Sugar 4+ for R8000 in Ride Magazine.  I seem to remember the specs weren't too bad (LX level).  Old stock, I think, so they might be negotiable on that already low price?
