Just came back from groenkloof, first time in 2 years since I've been there last time. It is absolutely rocking riding!!! Smiling so much right now people must think I'm retarded...

Thanks to the trailbuilders and park management, really an honour to ride there!

Hmmmm think I should put my plans over to action from tomorrow...

This time of the year, work is winding down seriously...so I will drop my son of at school, shoot through to Groenies, arrive at about 07:00, have a nice ride, jump in the showers and come in to work. Cant wait, love the place!

Me and the wife went riding at groenies (for the first time) last week thursday. I am from Suckunda, so it is a 2 hour drive to get there for us. I was somewhat confused though, as we could only ride the few tracks that are under/around the bridge (highway overpass). Only about 20km if you redo some of the pieces? We couldn't find any way to get into the larger part, all the gates where closed and there were busses (about 10) full of kids running around all over the place. The trails at the bridge was nice, but I was kind of disappointed. Is the other trails only open on weekends, or was I at the wrong place?

Sounds like you went next door , fountains !!! But even Groenkloof you battle to get 30km in one loop but I know all the trails and do get it .

BTW let us know next time . Sure somebody will be able to show you around .
