Riders,

Approximate ride time 03h15ish, excluding small breaks.

Speed / Effort: 26 - 30 km/h.

If you want an easier ride and avoid the final 3 climbs in Maritime Hill, Black Hill and Ou Kaapse Weg, peel off at Simons Town on the way back and follow the coast line.

Wheels rolling from Cycle Lab parking lot, West Lake @ 6 AM sharp next week!

lol, you not going to have much choice come the 16th Jan?

Why?

I dont have any reason that I need to do it.

1. Not riding league

2. Too heavy for these hills so there is not a rats ass chance that this will ever be a good seeding ride for me anyway.

3. It is normally more expensive

4. The naval base road is the one piece that tips the scales a bit too much. All the other hills are manageable quick enough, but the grinding low cadence up that road stuffed me up last time.

Maybe I will ride it, but right now I dont have any reason to feel inspired to ride it.
