Getting married this year, have to look good next to the WIFE Here is a tip Accurately record the Calories you put in and the Calories you use daily plus exercise.Eat 500 Calories a day less than you use and you will lose 0.5kg per weekEat 1000 Calories per day less than you use and you will lose 1kg per week I don't think it matters much if you eat fat or gluten or dairy or whatever, just the amount of Calories it contains.
