Can I join in as well?

Will there be tips posted ?

Getting married this year, have to look good next to the WIFE :)

Here is another tip. NEVER take your kids to Spur. If you have to then rather find a homeless person to accompany them and give the kids your debit card and pin

I can see some of you guys need help

My breakfast

100g Jungle Crunch - 387 kCal

200g fat free yoghurt - 86 kCal

2x small capuccino made with fat free milk - 35 kCal

Now that I am pretty much at my goal weight I have added some food to my diet (I would suggest you have just the yogurt and the muesli if you are trying to lose)

I now have the above but with a sliced medium banana added +/- 100g weight with no skin - 90 kCal

Because today was a riding day I mixed in a scoop of protein shake - 116 kCal.

Didn't taste as great as I thought it would. I really love the taste of muesli with yoghurt and I really love the taste of chocolate protein shake but I will keep them seperate next time

Here is how lunch looks, it is a 750g salad

130g cucumber - 20 kCal

1 can tuna - 100 kKal -(120g drained) NEVER use tuna in oil, only tuna in water

120g macaroni 188 kCal - I would leave this out if I was trying to lose weight, I added it because I reached my goal

40g Miracle Whip Light - 63 kCal - This must be the light and don't use some other mayo to replace it, even low fat mayo has lots of fat/calories

50g onions - 21 kCal

100g peppers - 20 kCal

200g tomatos - 36 kCal

Tobasco, salt and pepper

It's time to get to work. still 105.5kg time to step up the training. all the beer at the argus did not help much.

Most of the food I eat now is in the Discovery Vitality pick n Pay booklet (and Discovery gives me back a % of what I spend). If you are eating healthy food you can really eat a lot of food every day, it is not like you will starve. I ate 2.5kg of food yesterday and just over 2kg today. Pretty much 2500 kCal yesterday and 2000 kCal today
