firstly i didnt rant. I am more than happy with there service and evert and the guys go out of their way to get to know the customers.

Must say I must be the idiot that always gets the short end of the stick....

After all.....almost everyone here got good serves from CWC. <_< <_<

 

 

Well.....the few times I tried to buy something from them all played out bad.

Wanted Super Record grouppo back in Oct/Nov....still no answer. Bought from TotalC.

 

This was my request last week:

•Front deraillieur - Braze on - Super Record 2011 with the red logo

 

•Chorus Chain 11 speed

 

•Campagnolo 11sp chain tool

 

 

 

This was my answer:

 

 

 

So the guy that quoted me did not have stock on the one item, was R80 (25%) more expensive on the chain and totaly ignored my request on the FD.

 

My shipment from TotalCycling should, DV, be here next week. :thumbup:

 

I think you just never understood what he said. He said he has stock of the chain and not of the tool at the moment. That means he cannot get the derailler for you as he cannot offer it to you.

First purchase from them went 100%. :thumbup:

Second one, not looking so good. What was ordered and what was recieved was not the same...Sent the wrong item back. Cost me money to do that. Waiting to find out if I will be refunded for their mistake...And also waiting for a raply on IF I can have what they advertised... :thumbdown: The courier service was good though! :thumbup:

 

So that is 1 up and 1 down for CWC. And 1 up for the courier.

 

In the meantime while I wait for some answers, I wll be in my garage playing with some stuff. :clap:

 

Why do you have to post negative comments here regarding refund and availability when you are still waiting for an answer? No need for that as they will attend to it I am sure.

You know you have a good relationship when you get a discount on your already discounted price :) I be loving CWC.

 

I think it is a disgrace to ask for a discount when CWC is already giving such low prices. I agree with covie. If you have a good relationship and they offer you a discount then great. Otherwise pay what you owe them unless it is a negotiation because you can get it cheaper elsewhere or are paying cash and save them on the credit card transaction.

 

Can't go through life always expecting to receive, receive, receive, otherwise you will never have good relationships.

Evert, Christoff and Chris Jnr...... ROCKSTARS!! Great Service from these gents in particular, although, EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER is great :thumbup:

I've been going to CWC for years (first with my Dad when I was a laaitjie), and now that I am a serious'ish rider. Chris Jnr is a good oke with a good heart, he won't purposefully rip anyone off. As in any business they are not mistake proof - but big ups to him for owning up to his error and correcting it. I think we can all learn from that...

Willing seller - willing buyer = no problem. Call them and complain. I wondor why everyone comes to the hub to whinge about pricing after they have bought a product. Did they hold a gun to your head to buy it?

and why do we expect LBS's to all be similar priced on all products, you cannot be everythiong to everybody.
