I have just driven down Jan Smuts Avenue and there are ENORMOUS cat's eyes in the road just before you get to Dunkeld shopping centre, so watch out on race day!

Sunday on the m13 from hillcrest to durban saw for the first time in my life Cats eyes that were flush with the tar !!! most unusual and very cycle friendly i must say.

 rode back from town in the evening and there was thick mist on fields hill and they were real bright and shiney dont know about the dark rings but when i was riding i was thinking how on earth do these things work that are sunk in the ground . my kop must be plat

The cat eyes were sunken with dark rings around them because of the partying the night before.

 

 

...but, yes they were plat Ewep.
