Feel laaik some K F C pieces, chips and a deep chilled Coke...

Just one of those days!

 

 

BUT gotta stay focused and disciplined. BUT remember, it is two days from race day!! So...

 

 

Junk food is reserved for those few days after racing, should it evva be consumed.

 

[eyes closed, feet in lotus position, visualise that A seeding]

I just had a Mc D's burger - royal burger or something like that. Suuuupa nice!

Guess who is NOT racing on Sunday for more than 20 kms. :whistling:

I won't mention names BUT he rides a Bianchi, is taller than my doorframe and lives in Wellington.

I had myself a Roast Beef Sarmie, and a samoosa (for the added oil benefit :blink: )

Oh, and a BEEG Co Ka Co La!! BUT I am not racing on Sunday :rolleyes: ........

Was the samoosa with a lekka lotsa filling and little crust - the high-quality type? :drool:
