PokerFace Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 Is there usually one person calling the shots in a race? How many teams use radio comunication in races. BTW - those radios were VERY intimidating when I saw them in my first league race.

Just get your guys together and everyone puts money into making 2 sets of kit each and away you go and once things get mroe serious then take it to the next level. If you do want cheap kit call Jean on 083 407 8438 they sponsor us our kit and its really good sh*t and really affordable.

Most teams use radios they very helpfull and if you get spat out the back you can put it on 5FM and cruise home!!!

I've been lucky...I've had offers to ride in team for the past four years, and another offer for next year It's the best feeling winning the yellow though and then having a good old pissup at the end of the season

As soon as we get our mate with the dicky heart connected with his bum again I propose we also get the Yak all excited (and on a serious creatine course!) and try to hang on Some nice (not so pink) kit will be great!We ain't doing too bad for a bunch of newbies. Things can only get better!!!
