I have to agree, I was watching and wondering if this guy is for real or on some serious medication. While it was not a lynching party they and we the public wanted some sort of rational explanation, not taking up 5 min of alloted time of the interview with some inane banter about Charles Dickens.

They should have allowed callers to ask him questions. He was a tjop and said nothing.

Took him a week to memorise his Charles Dickens lines to avert the attention from the actual issues. Who cares about the best of times when you've just experienced the worst of times.

So whoopee, riders will get entry fee back. How about their expenses to go to a ride that was a f%$# up.

Maybe CSA will be visited by The Ghost of Cycling Past, The Ghost of Cycling Present and The Ghost of Cycling Future…

There is a Dickens character in Oliver Twist called Master Bates…

What was it about?

Kinda hard to say through all the fumbling, but Till in a roundabout way said that no one was to blame but that shouldn't mean that the CSA aren't entirely to blame but he wants to wait for reports before anyone can be blamed, but in the meantime, he would like to hear from all of those who ascribed blame so they can do an event at some date in the future and that hopefully there'll be nothing at said event for which anyone will have to take the blame.

I think…

Well, er, no, I wouldn't go so far as to say…oh, alright, yes I am… <_<

And when they asked "Could this happen again in the Tour de South Africa, he said "...quoth, the raven nevermore."

Little did he realise that was one of Poe's works. Which is quite punny.

You'll have to forgive me, I was on holiday most of last week. What was he avoiding the blame for?

Just a link will do, thanks.

So precise and to the point then.
