Very good deal!

I cannot lie, I love my new Cannondale.

The EVO is one advanced frame.

I look forward to that upgrade.

In good time.

Congratz again!

Thanks 'Dale & thanks for giving me no option but to buy another Cannondale :)

Tell me guys, what frame does the pro Cannondale team ride with? As far as I can see, its the Evo Hi-Mod and not the lighter Nano. If that's the case, why would that be? The Nano dipping too far below the legal weight limits?

Most likely.

Can also be that the lighter frame does not steer or excels as the evo, due to less carbon in certain critical places which adds a bit more weight.

Heavier also means durable and reliable for the demands of PRO cycling. Handling is also better if less seat tube weights are used to reach the legal weight limit.

I must be honest (and maybe it's all in my head), but the handling, climbing and all round feel of the Nano feels leagues above my old SuperSix (which was a fantastic bike in its own right).

Makes sense yeah. I've heard that the Nano strips weight with nano ballistic carbon being used in areas with low stress points, such as the horizontal tube.

I guess for pro racing weight purposes, you would rather have weight on the cross tube than under the seat which would disrupt the low center of gravity.

“He needs to improve his tactics in the key moments of these races. These are things that you understand with the passing years by making mistakes. When it all comes easily — which it seems it did in the last four years — everything seems normal. That moment that it doesn’t come easily, you have to rely on experience and on maturity. You have to use your smarts, when to stay on the wheel instead of attacking.”

Sagan will skip the Ardennes Classics, which start this weekend with Amstel Gold Race.
