Bat-ass Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 white bar tape will look good, but get tape that is shinny / plasticy that wipes clean and not spongey that sucks in dirt. You dont need bottle cages on that bike, its got a camel hump!!!!!!

You need a red that pops, like Zipp's red or RavX has a carbon weaved looking red that stays clean for long. I have seen CWC got some see thru DEDA bar tape, think it would look nice with the white handlerbar, or you get a leather looking type of bar tape that is white with rid stripes, would also look nice...choices choices...

If you want something that will stay fairly clean then leather or cork is no good. They synthetic gel type works best, I have tried them all!
CAAD4 Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 Use RavX red carbon bar tape. You can scrub it with a brush to clean it. The stipes are very 2008 now and that leather stuff looks tatty very quickly.
