    I think for the cobbles. .manufacturers have bikes with relaxed geometry. ..same like the Spez Roubaix...this they then market to old toppies like me ...????????????

    Always wondered about Llandudno as well...them being cut off during a normal Argus ...for about 8 hours or so..must be frustrating. ...

    Tokara, Thelema, Rust en Vrede, La Motte to name a few....out in Stellenbosch and Franschoek. ...oh and Waterford...Wine and Chocolate pairing....and Fairview in Paarl....ask for the Masters Tasting....????

    And they will only use one location out of the options available....and the city will be onboard. ..no need to double the cost..????

    Why 800...the planning and permissions etc are not gonna double the cost....that probably 50 per entry at most...that's 1.75mil just there..and the city can come aboard. ...unless PPA want to be generous and part with some cash to prevent this fiasco from happening again...☺

    I don't see the problem. ..at 430 x 35000...shouldn't be a problem....the city can come aboard as well ...hell the give the minstrels a couple of mill each year ...???????????? the alternative can be advertised as well and residents informed....and nd if all goes well ..it's the traditional route ..if not ..it's the alternative....really don't see the problem...☺

    You see that is the problem there.....it should not have been three days but 365...the Monday after the Argus...when they have their post mortem....they should start planning ...for ALL contingencies. ..the thought of have an alternative route in another area was never considered. ..for an event of this size...that is a f*ck up....but hey ...let's hope they have their ducks in a row come next year....☺

    Ai.....well the lesson learnt is not to take things for granted.....and that as soon as this Argus is over ...the organizers have proper contingency routes and plans in place....even if we have to move it to other towns etc.....they start on Monday engaging who ever they need to engage and get the ball rolling. ..I'm kinda dissapointed that there was no such thinking back then....???? But come Sunday...I'll have a blast...it's gonna be cool coming into town on the NMB...????????????
