I don't get this ..I have had an"assault" charge withdrawn after they were laid by the "victim "...I was assaulted ..I defended my self and I laid charges against the box of assault and "attempted murder" etc ....all the cops did was come to me ..to investigate the "victim's" claims ,charges ...they new it was bull**** ...all my "victim " received was an admission of guilt fine of R150 ...after he pleaded guilty to common assault ...but that was a five years ago ...maybe things have changed....
