Bast**ds...had a similar incident..window was not working AFTER the service...they told me it must be the motor that had seized...also a 3k job...I told the guy I'll have a look first....guess what ..flippen fuse removed.... I went back there and told him what a 530d he was ....still telling everybody about this d**s...

First the tile guy ..now the chocalate guy...if I was Italian....I'd stay out of S A......scary. RIP fellow rider....

I hear what you say, my point I tried to make was that I don't see these black guys riding these bike for normal commutes. So they must be selling them....and to Who...this could be a white guy...stripping ..rebuilding.. possibly a shop..a hubber...who knows???

I still maintain that some one is buying these bikes...this is the culprit we have catch...it could be a white fukc for all I know...but this sh*t has to stop. Colour don't matter to me...respect does..trying to rob me ..is disrespectful..my cz75 will be with me on my ride tomorrow..

Flandria's in Stellenbosch .. the same...needed some adjustments on my bike...dropped by with no appointment... in and out after 35 min....no charge.....I know where I am buying my next set of wheels...

I think he is trying to advertise the shop...I have no ties to the shop ....have driven passed it occasionally...heard that he mechanic from Bridge Cycles opened this shop...no sure ....all hear- say at the mo....

Yeah I agree...but the guys taking the bikes are not posting on the sales sites or the hub, so some one is obviously paying them , perhaps even tipping them off on measures we are taking , hence the more violent attacks...those are the guys we must get....If we spot a dodgy sale e.g ..maybe pm the mods get the sellers detail..a long shot I know..

Hi all I have a Cannondale caad 9 frame with a BB30 bottom bracket, I can get a FSA BB30 crank that comes off a Merida Reacto ...the Merida has press fit bb cups and I think the 'Dale takes threaded bb cups... The question is , can this crank work on the "Dale frame with threaded bb cups? Advice will be appreciated.. Thank-you all..

You right, it's not fair on my mechanic, but I was on a tight schedule , had to get the brakes done, see to an oil leak...warrentee issue at hyundai and take it for roadworthy and licencing before I left for the Garden Route...on the two previous occasions I told them to stuff it and took the van to the mechanic. This a more 'senior' oke that was attending to the oil leak authorized the new price for the brakes job.....

I very much doubt that....I am a Tour Guide and I deliver commentry and answer questions to up to 7 passengers....and I still manage to drive ...cover about 25 000 k's a year touring been doing for 10 years ....I mean talking with a headset and talking to a buddy in a car while having a coke...how different can it be..??

I use my cell phone with a blue tooth hands free...coolest thing ever..not distracting at all..and when I use the gps function , clients cant here me getting the directions.....lol

I bargain / negotiate at every place that I can ...PnP , Spar no..but my butcher, mechanic , chemist , lawyer.. yes...in fact Hyundai quoted me R1600 plus vat to replace my brake pads....I said they crazy..it would be much cheaper to buy them and have them fitted by my mechanic ...they eventually charged me R1005.00..., that's a saving of seven hundred rand...!!!...I bought me a nice new saddle and Bridge cycles knocked off a R50.00 as well....

In some cultures you have to bargain and it's expexted....I love it...in Thailand I pretended to have a heart attack at some of their prices... Got some killer bargains...your gotta remember that they will never let it go for less than what they paid for it......it's not about ripping anybody off...it's only culture....
