Grew up there ...thought it was just outside Vredenburg on your way to Saldanha. We used to call it Paddebek grotte. Beautifull day in the Western Cape to be outside.

Laat weet asb vir almal dat n friend van my onlangs van sy bergfiets beroof was naby Stellenbosch. Die polisie was gelukkig naby en het die rower vas getrek. Hy sit tans in die tronk en word Dinsdag verhoor. Die polisie het ook beslag gele op 15 ander fietse waarby die spesifieke rower betrokke was. Nou sal die paaie bietjie meer veiliger wees vir ons fietsryers met sulke tipe mense agter tralies. Dankie aan die polisie wat so flink gereageer het. ...

Did a training ride Sunday. Battled...thought is was the wind. Noticed my HR unusually high.... Next morning...throat sore and fever. Been of the bike ever since. Rest ... Drink vitamins and goto bed early. .......amd wait to get better. I have found being impatient just makes is worst and slows the healing process. It is difficult ...... but unfortunatly the right thing to do.

I am the friend. Just close your eyes and buy it. You will not be sorry . Depending on what bike you have before, but in my case the difference is huge.........and absolutely awesome.

llf you are going to do everything with the same passion and commitment you do mountain biking you are going to be just as good at everything else.......... at some things even better.
