  8. Take a spoon full of peanut butter instead. It is a protein. Also look at what you eat earlier in the evening. As a sweet craving is because of your blood sugar levels dropping, which means somewhere earlier you ate something wrong. I found that if I plan my whole day on low GI meals I dont have bloodsugar levels dropping , which results into cravings. Also I bought Biogen's Cinnamon pills which is a natural way of regulating you blood sugar levels. I am no dietician, So the next post will probably be someone flaming me. But it worked work for me.

Very helpfull and as someone else said, if you do it for a week you know more or less. After that I only did it say ..... once a month. Just to make sure I am still on track. If you have to record everything you eat, you will be shocked at all the stuff going in you mouth as you are suddenly more aware.

Yes that is so, but if you dont put more strain on your body you definitly wont get it it so severe, because you give your body a chance to fight the virus ....not the crap we daily pump into our bodies Fresh fruit and veggies also helps with alkalinity of the body. Stay away from the bad stuff ( sweets , liquor, sigarettes and refined carbs) and rest, dont train drink losts of water and go to bed early, And drink your vitamin C, zinc and magnesium. And then you wait for it to pass.

  18. I fully agree. and for instance I have a problem with for example : ....say he was a cyclist BEFORE they got married and now AFTER they married it is a problem. That is selfish, although I do believe in mutual consideration, but not to the extent of expecting the other person to change. Then she should not have married him.
