  8. I have stripped older bb's before and replaced the bearings with local bearings. Clamp the bb cup in a vise tap the shaft out remove the wire c clip replace bearing

  11. Hi I've done this conversion a few times in the past omnico did do a conversion kit not sure if still available. Can follow-up on that tomorrow.is the nine frame a std or taper head set basically you need a steerer tube that the lefty attaches to at the bottom of the fork then a shim that fits over the steerer tube and into the upper fork attachment a std stem is used to keep it all in place.   17. Why do you want to go from pf to BSA. The issue I see is that the adapter will move the bb she'll from 92 to 110 as the bsa bearing will now be external. Rather fit a ninja bb. Only my opinion

  20. Correct shimano part if you look at f/d side on midway down there is a small window with a 2mm grub screw it's purpose is to support the derailleur from flexing under shifting so needs to be adjusted up against the frame the plate is to protect the frame from the screw
  21. They are shimano parts go on the frame behind the front derailleur to prevent the alignment screw from damaging the frame

  24. Hi if you have a spez seat post with the tension bolt going through the seat clamp left to right then I might be able to help I swapped one out for alloy clamps
