Two questions.
1. Will one on these work in order to fit a 32 cluster on my roadbike. If yes where can I find one
2. Will it do the same as a long cage derailleur or must I rather get a new derailleur
Servicing my fork and the recommended grease to use is either Slick Honey or SRAM butter. Any alternatives that can be recommended as these brands are just not available
My Fox Fork keep loosing air pressure. Replaced the O ring seal at top, lasted for about a week now flat again. Tried to spray soapy water in order to find where air is escaping without success.

Not sure why you are so super defensive of CSA. If SdB was called up a month before the event there was more than sufficient time to get the correct size kit. By the way their kit only arrived about 1 1/2 days prior to the event and was still incorrect sizes and wrong kit. Stop defending a non operative non supporting organisation. In any business if the turn around time is at least 5 years they will close it down immediately (except SAA abd CSA). Lets just agree to disagree that CSA is not fulfilling their mandate and there is no support for our athletes
Can only comment on todays race. Team cars could definately come through the bunch with 8 to 10 min gap
On the TV footage you could see the other riders in breakaway got fed on several occassions by their team cars. Where was the Sa Team car
His team car never came through to feed him. Same happened in ladies race today so they had to rely on water from neutral service (not cold and no food) and the feedzone that was situated after 70 odd km's
Just heard that Cycling SA was again able to stuff up whatever they are suppose to organize.
Our Olympic cycling team only received their cycling kit today. During practice over the past few days they all had to ride in their pro team kit, some even had to borrow kit from other competitors. When the kit arrived today there was apparantly major sizing issues as well as not enough kit for our riders. When will these guys stop embarrasing our national team.
There is so many horror stories about LBS service and attitude. Please do not use Cajees they areprobably the worst. Looking for great service and people that know what they are talking about just go to Linden Cycles
Go on N3 to Warden. Then right to Bethlehem By far the best road without any potholes. Last time I used that thete was some roadworks between Viliers and Warden , but no real dekay
Hi Cois Only saw the last few posts today. So happy that you got the trainer. I have a wheel on Tacx that is lying in the garage. Since we moved to a smaller place I do not use it. Should you want that, maybe to train with your wife, let me know. I will arrange to get it to you and assist with setup
Had some excellent service from Danny at The Bicycle Workshop in Fourways. Although their store is difficult to find once you got it you will receive great service and good knowledge
I had a look at GCN Plus website and what they offer. With the 50% discount no longer available it still is an option if everything is available as per their site. I saw some comments that all is not available and there is some bugs still to be sorted. What is the current users opinion. Is it worth it. I am tired battling with TIZ Cyclings streaming
Most important is your recovery process. As said listen to docs. Start exercising as soon as its possible, walking and stretching but listen to your body. It will be small steps the 1st 6 months. I had 4 stents in 2014. Not as intrusive as your surgery but took me at least a year to be back - now fitter and healthier than ever before
I saw the Police Helicopter circled this whole area for quite a long time this morning. The came back again after about 1/2 hour. Wonder if this is linked to the attacks during the week
