thanks guys i will do as soon as i get it back . i will take a pic of the board the multimeter i would not even know what to look for sorry bit challenged when it comes to that but thanks will sure take some pics you guys have more knowledge about this than me

if i only can get hold of the pepole in the states to buy the b=new board i will but alas they dont answer me on email total silence . if needbe i will buy a new board

wierd thing there was no blue smoke at all . when i plug it in it just trips the power like a short somewhere there was also no smell when it first shorted out

i have looked at the board but cant see any burnt parts i took it in to capetown and the guy that fixes the treadmills for the gyms just says there is something toasted on the board i dont think he quite knows how to check the board so i was thinking of getting some person who knows how to check resistors and all the other little bits on the board and if he could then say get this or this part i am totally clueless when it comes to electronics and just from looking at the board you cant see anything that has burnt . i really dont want to buy a new traedmill as its in very good nick and it might be something very small . The motor and all the other parts are still in excellent condition . Thanks

Good afternoon does anyone know of a person that can check out my circuitboard on my treadmill and replace whatever is damaged on the board. there was a short circuit and it has seem to have damaged something on the board so i need to get someone who knows how to check this board out and perhaps replace the damaged part . it seems that to try and contact the suppliers in america " proform" is useless and the guy i took the treadmill to say i need a new board. i would be most grateful for any help . thanks

talk about dangerous I saw a guy on his Roadbike fall infront of me whilst we were standing at the robots in town on the way to the start.He never even clipped out of his pedals and his excuse was sorry i had too much to drink last night . Now a guy riding in that sate of mind in an event like that is really not acceptable its asking for trouble and putting all riders around him at risk

first thing that comes to mind this year is our safety . Can the ctct make the route safe for cyclist. what do they have in place to ensure our ride will be free from rocks and objects being thrown by people that have issues with non service deliveries ect ect ect . what plans have been made ?

they must have saved a packet on the coke and water that they did not distribute to those needy fire victims . i say use that money wisely and have better security on the route next year and better contingency plans to avoid the same fiasco next year 35 000 bottles of coke and 35 000 bottles of water do the sum of what was distributed and what was not . least they can do that wont cost a cent more is to give all 2017 entrants a automatic entry to 2018 ride .

Right decision made on the day just feel they should compensate entrants in some way to think what intrest 16, 8 million in the bank earns per month

all good thanks still on two wheels have not gone to get my Ebike yet yes will be doing number 12 slowly hope to go under 4 hrs but dont think we have done enough training

there are going to be quite a few others also doing their first tour just go out and enjoy yourself the scenery is awesome and watch the riders infront of you it could save you from taking a tumble always be alert guys do some weired things on the day

yes they belong on the mountain dont see why not if the rider has a handicap he should not be deprived of the trails

i found a power link also helps if you want to do a good job on the chain it makes it easy to split the chain and drop it in a bollte of parrafine and shake it round for a few mins the dry the chain with a old towel and relube

saeco talearing 11k @home had mine for 3 years works every day like a charm

this weekend it will be a dirt ride from saldanha town thru the academy and out to jacobsbaai via the coastline and back again +-45 km nice easy riding so far we have a group of 9 riding !!! we do both road and dirt
