About 7 months ago i developed a horrid screeching sound that almost made me fall of my bike whilst travelling at about 50kmph. so i took the bike in and the LBS replaced my bearings which fixed the problem. saturday it started again and the question now arises ? are these sealed bearings or do they need a lubrication every so often ? the LBS chappie says they are but why would the pack up after such a short period ??? anyone experince something similar and what was the fix ??? thanks
