What kind of pace can one expect in AL?

Does any body know where I can find a shimano freewheel body for an American Classic C420 back wheel. My back wheel's cassette doesn't sit properly on the current free wheel body that I got with the wheel and generates a lot of noise when I ride. Thanks in advance

EINA!!!!! damn that must have hurt... Can't start to imagine how sore that must have been...

Was alone in Klapperkop when Mr Kamikaze stung me. Quickest I have ever removed my helmet while riding. I either pulled out the stinger when I took off the helmet or when I scratched / rubbed the area...

So there I was, minding my own business and getting into that zone where you don't want to do any thing else but keep on riding and riding. Then all of a sudden, like a bullet out of nowhere this kamikaze bee shoots towards me, hits one of the sides of a vent in the helmet and just stings me a couple of centimeters above the ear. Result - awful burning feeling of the side of the head and spoiling the rest of the ride. Luckily I am not allergic as that could have ended very badly. Is in normal to get nauseas after being stung by a bee while you are out training or do I just need too have a look at "the rules of the cog"?
