  1. I know what you mean... I think I know who you are talking about as well It is annoying
  2. If memory serves me correct that said lady didnt like riding the harder ones
  3. //////////\\\\\\\\\\ 19 meals ahead 26 craps behind //////////\\\\\\\\\\
  4. They need to be bliksemmed with a maglight, this will help them remember
  5. Just because he is fat, it doesnt mean he needs a licence to walk
  6. Agreed! I'd rather go get a makro special tyre and put tubes in for more peace of mind Absolute k@k tyres of the highest order in my experience
  7. Give this man a hiding
  8. True dat!! If they made them UST they would weigh as much as a buffel tyre... kind of like a crossmark
  9. Its strange that they dont make them in UST, that would be a win Dont Maxxis hold some patents to the UST term and functions, Im sure I read something to this effect some time ago but I stand to be corrected. I know that all my 26" conti's were UST and bullet proof
  10. They were converted long before your spot, we topped up with sealant, I know the differences between the contis Ive been riding them for years... If you read above I was specifically talking about the Race King Protection side walls. I then also asked fanievb wheres the link for the tubeless 29" conti tyres, which I know you dont get.
  11. Im well aware of the differences between proper tubeless and not, Im talking about the sidewalls perishing to rubbish in a matter of a few rides specifically on the Race King Protection. Mountain King is only starting to perish its sidewalls now and its 14 months old as opposed to the first few rides on a Race King.
  12. 26" you get the wire bead or normal version and then you get the UST 29" you get the normal and then you get the Protection This I know because Ive used Conti for years and the only issue Ive ever had is with the 29" protection sidewalls, specifically on the race king as pictured above. Both mine and my prettier halfs 26" bikes had the UST Race Kings on and the walls were perfect until the tyres got replaced.
  13. Ok, which is the tubeless version for the 29" wheels? Ive never seen them so a link will help too You get the normal version, then you get the Protection... whats the tubeless version?
  14. Snap!!!! I have had this with my Conti Race Kings and have watched sealant fizz out the side. I took that tyore off before J2C last year and replaced it. Now the exact same thing and just before this happened again I bought another from EasyBike in September 2013 and addressed the issue with them. Im sitting with a brand new Race King Protection which I dont really want to put on because of this... sealant pisses out the sidewalls. My mountain King sidewalls on the front wheel has lasted a bit longer than the race kings. No other tyre has ever done this. I dont think I should keep addings stans because of a $h!t tyre carcass, I wonder if Conti has fixed this or will?

    Dear Motorist

some good points but I wouldnt ask for the above... you'll end up roadkill Selfishness is why people drive the way they do, their time is more important than anyone elses
  16. I cant think of anything worse than that crap after a race, I'd rather squeaze the sweat out of my sweat band and drink that
  17. Due South or Cape Multi
  18. You wasted your time by doing this without sealant in the first place. Put in sealant, pump then go ride
  19. Ive just sold a set of rims to a guy and showed him all was 100% when he collected them... I suppose thats a benefit of physically seeing before you buy. Spun the wheels in his hand so he can see they are true and that the bearings are in perfect condition still.
  20. Yep, thats how mine is on my bike... right at the bottom of the fork at the wheel axle. I then had some highly intelligent woman after the 94,7 tell me I need it closer to the ground still because my chip didnt read at the finish line and I was without a time. I told her it cant get closer to the ground than my fork at the wheel axle, she then said put it on your foot, so I said to her and what if when I go over the timing mat that foot is at the top of its stroke, its then further away form the floor...
  21. I think that when some drivers buy their licences the least that the scum selling them could do is give a free copy of the K53 learners book so they at least know the rules of the road to start. What time will it be on air?
  22. Put a drain hole in the bottom of your water bottle... save 750g Thank me later
  23. ai ai ai Mr Eldron... Ive seen your saddles and the way they point, why would you want to sit ANY further forward
  24. I used Magnatec and it was a bit too thin so it sprayed all over my wheel, use thicker viscosity
  25. You shall be dragged into the street and shot for suggesting that... This stuff gives me nightmares from J2C Never again
