  2. Welcome to the hub. The folks here are going to tell you things about Mr Lance that you might not like.. And might be true. I wont be surprised If the alegations above are confirmed in a day or two.
  3. Cancellara: winning the Tour is a dream not a goal Swiss star not confident of his chances of reaching Switzerland in yellow Tour de France leader Fabian Cancellara (RadioShack-Nissan) has admitted that he is not confident of his chances of wearing the yellow jersey when the race reaches Switzerland on Sunday. He also dampened speculation that he might target the Tour's overall classification in coming seasons. This is so stupid, I mean, Thanks for stating the obvious!! Why even say something about it. The GC race hasnt even started! everyone knows that..
  4. Oh heck.. sure doesnt look good.
  5. I am so sick of the Lance Doping story. I wish he would just stop denying it. We all know he's dirty and even his own are turning against him..But it seems there are some other casualtys left in its wake.. They (his own people USADA) are firing up one massive bomb agains Lance.. He is going down.. hard and Im glad. Reading this actually sadened me. but maybe tha 90's and early 2000 years of pro cycling just needs to be delt with and put away. http://www.iol.co.za/logger/p.gif?a=1.1335258&d=/2.225/2.228/2.261The Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf reported that Armstrong's former teammates have been given six-month bans that begin in late September. Citing “well-informed sources,” the paper identified them as Jonathan Vaughters, George Hincapie, Levi Leipheimer, David Zabriskie and Christian Vande Velde. http://www.iol.co.za/sport/cycling/armstrong-claims-vendetta-in-doping-probe-1.1335258#.T_XZG_V5fpw and from another raport.... Dave Zabriskie, one of Armstrong's former teammates, heads to the lift, unwilling to comment. Vande Velde, another US Postal team graduate does the same, while David Millar, shocked by the news, says he can't comment without knowing the full story. Later in the morning, once again outside the team bus, Vaughters appears; reading a statement that almost regurgitates the team's policy in light of Floyd Landis's allegations from 2010: We're a clean team, we'll cooperate with the authorities; we'll focus on the future, clean cycling and the race in hand. Vaughters and his backer Doug Ellis run a team based on ethics and sound business acumen but stretches both principles around an ethos of clean cycling. No needles, no outside doctors, no exceptions. Yet the team is a Mecca for riders in Vaughters' mould and from his generation. He, too, rode for Postal, with Armstrong, before turning towards another path. http://www.cyclingnews.com/features/past-becomes-present-for-vaughters-slipstream-organisation Its a sad sad thing I tell you.. I cant Imagine what It must feel like Being a pro in the middle of the tour when news like this comes out..

  16. Puncher I wonder If Nibali would give the POWER guys a go on such a short climb. He obviously gives the climbers a go down the mountain but against some one day specialists (whom will all still be there) I wonder..It might be to fast for him. Unless he makes a break well before the climb and tries to extend the gap on the climb then TT the flat on the other side...Much like Evans did on the first stage of the Tour de Dauhpne (can never remember the spelling)
  17. Tooooo true.. That shook things up.. the GC definately stired up today..
  18. I'd want to put some on Evans.. but I wonder If he wouldnt want to keep the yellow away a bit longer..? Ok I'd say Evans or Sammy Sanchez

  20. The jumps of 4 teeth on the top 5 gears wont make this to much fun in endurance racing..Im thinking hills.. Its definately aimed more at the AM trail guys.. wonder how big the gap between your spokes and that 42 will be.. Im still running 2 x 9.. I feel like a dinosaur
  21. THE TOURMINATOR Haha thats briliant.. no pressure Sonny.. bold statement, not sure thats going to help him in the peleton at this stage.. The Movie youre taling about Is called "Eddy Merckx -the greatest show on earth"
  22. Ullrich ?? from Bruyneel on the way down, to Ullrich ? Im not claiming to be a expert but I cant see where he came from. Does anyone know where Sparticus is going next year?
  23. What? You sure It wasnt written on 1April? they would be laughing stock of pro cycling
  24. I love this... From the Tony Martin Interview on cyclingnews... "My hand hurts and riding along I felt every pothole," he told Radsport-News.com after the stage. no wonder....
  25. Here are two interresting tweets from Robbie: RobbieHunter12 hours agovia UberSocial for BlackBerryTwitter Glad I took another guy down in my crash. Nothing worse than crashing alone and looking like a right fool! Sorry Tony not saying it was his fault, but that they were in the same crash. Luckely for Robbie he is a saffa, they still make em like they use to down here And then this one before the stage: RobbieHunter23 hours agovia UberSocial for BlackBerryTwitter Interesting day coming up in & around Liege..Hoping it stays dry,if it does that will be my 1st TDF victory 2012 #everythingcounts.. gotta love the confidence
