The small claims court can be used as a last resort, with someone else coming forward with what looks to be a similar problem, your case could have a good chance. I think rotors would need to be punched out, cost wise on cutting with a laser or waterjet would be way to expensive. Saying that, custom rotors could be nice option.

We have a factory in Germiston, not sure if its ok to laser cut a rotor becasue of the heat distribution generated on the metal.
