To stab someone once is horrific enough, but to be stabbed 25 times and beaten with a brick is truly a savage attack, and involved more then just stealing the bike. Sad,sad times we live in when you can not even enjoy the things you love. If this was to ever happen to me is the day I give up cycling in SA and go back to my first love, the ocean. At least there I only have a shark to worry about.

I'm working like a dog at the moment, so much stress( still no excuse really, but certainly helps), just done over 40 hours in three days and got another two weeks like this, not done that many hours since I was in my twenties. Yeah, very hectic, and he is not the first from my old school, its the 2nd or 2rd case this year I know of. I would be more worried about this as a parent then my kid taking ecstacy or smoking a spliff.
