  1. I've been back on the ciggies for about 3 weeks now, smoking like a trooper Not a happy chappy, I think I would have killed someone if I hadn't smoked, back to the drawing board for me I guess.
  2. Then why do people still get their knickers in a knot when you slag him off knowing that he cheated
  3. Thats why I dont follow cycling, too many cheats, and always in the back of your mind you wonder if the guys not implicated have possibly doped at some stage.
  4. Nice, you won't be dissapointed
  5. You will be the biggest hero if the prices were more inline with overseas prices
  6. +1, Way better looking then the GoPro.

I saw this the other day, the bridge is in Wuppertal, Germany.
  12. So went for a "fitting" for 650B wheelset on my Giant XTC this morning and all looks good, its a little tight, but the back tyre was a 2.4 so with a 2.2 it will be perfect.
  13. I feel I do some days, but thats another story. Whats wrong with doing stuff for free? It's called helping out, we do it, and people come back for the level of service, funny that. Like someone else said, they should then start chargeing you for pumping your car tyres, gosh there is four of them, R20 a tyre, R80 everytime, I don't think so? There are certain occasions and instances where things should be done for no charge, I think this was one such time.
  14. or they could do it for free in the hope you will be back to spend more money with them, this happened to me, they ended up fixing something & "popping" the tyre on, I offered to pay and they said no charge. I will in future spend money with them and recommend them for great service.
  15. I'll box your bike for R150, bring it to me next time.
  16. A lot, I can feel it when I change between my carbon hardtail and my Ali Full Sus.
  17. Service the South Coast area/ Toti as well. Good luck with your venture, and wish you all the best
  18. The one thing that did make me laugh was that when they did the cycle lane over the Umgeni River, they never included plans for how to get off the bridge, so they had to go back to the drawing board to get planning permission to build an offramp.
  19. Why do they need electric bikes? Waste of bloody money, whats wrong with an ordinary bike. They should also try to connect the cycle path all the way to Umhlanga along the beach.
  20. Try these guys, they are locally based in Westville, Durban. Megaski
  21. It costs about R30 000 to be trained as a mechanic with a City & Guilds qualification in the UK - 14 days and you're good enough to open your own workshop, apparently. A senior mechanic in the UK is expected to earn £18K.
  22. My bad , I thought you wanted a whole shoe made from velcro, that way you could elimanate having SPD's by having velcro attached to flat pedals. Can those sweet looking puppies not just not be adapted to MTB?
  23. Thanks, will give it a try. They are pretty new as well, not keen on having to toss them. Otherwise my vote goes with ESI chunky grips
