They must call this the Langebaan Lagoon Rollercoaster. Those rollers just never stopped. Wind was ok but some drafting was needed. My group was pushing the pace and we even caught the group before us. I know why they call it Mamba Hill now. Very short but steep gradient. Road surface for first 20km was very shaky. All in all a very nice ride.

Are you supplementing with Vitamins especially some C's and B's . I would get some rest completely off the bike for a week and see from there. You wont lose fitness as you have put the work in. In the last week do some short sessions on IDT or on road just to loosen the legs. Good luck

There was a drowning in Pringle Bay this morning. Two guys got washed off rocks, only one managed to swim back safely. The other guy was pulled from water by helicopter. Sad.
