I have only had good service from Buycycle. Maybe the hold up is with couriers as only when they pick up a parcel can buycycle provide you with a tracking number from the relevant courier. One more thing is that they generally do not carry all the stock so another supplier of the goods are the hold up. I ordered a helmet and when it arrived it was too big. They exchanged it gladly and the cost for sending it there and back was minimal. Chat to Chrizelle as she was very helpful with my exchange.
