Those tubes look like they have been rolled. Best I guess is use a steel bmx frame head tube and fork and then weld a rolled steel tubing in for the rest. Jirre those trikes look like fun.

Why not find a cheap steel mountain frame and then source a fork with some disc brakes. Better if you get a suspension fork and then do some bouncing, just dont all the way backwards. I smaak the one trike with the discs. How do they attach those crank arms to the wheels?

Do you have any security or cop buddies you can take with you to meet this guy at his place.. Im not saying the cops wont do anything about it but they are pretty busy. When you have confirmed its yours leave the guy and call the cops while you wait nearby for the cops to arrive. Save yourself embarrasement if it aint yours.

CRC is alll good. Do your homework though. Consider import duties and what you are buying then weigh against the security of having an easier time returning it to local online retailer and LBS for a small fraction more cost. Sometimes CWC and Buycycle are cheaper and more convenient. I'm all for supporting locals.
